Abstract

We report a case of adult-onset congenital hepatic fibrosis (CHF). The patient, who was a woman in her twenties, presented pancytopenia. Abdominal CT and MRI show mild dilation of intrahepatic bile duct, multiple renal cysts, and portal hypertension, such as splenomegaly, hepatic deformity, collateral vessels. CHF is an inherited disorder that belongs to the family of ductal plate malformation. CHF is rare disease, but we should know imaging findings of this.
