Abstract

We report a case of MPNST of abdominal wall. The patient presented with a 2-month history of abdominal wall mass. US showed a ill-defined hypervascular mass in the right abdominal subcutaneous tissue. MRI showed low intensity on T1WI, and high intensity on T2WI/STIR. Dynamic study showed early enhancement, and continued this effect to late phase. The pathological examination revealed MPNST.
