Abstract

A 51-year-old man was followed hepatic hemangiomas on US annually, and detected a liver tumor increase in size on lung cancer screening CT. An anterior mediastinal tumor was detected simultaneously. A liver tumor showed multiple spots showing high intensity on T2WI in the tumor. A mediastinal tumor was diagnosed type B3 thymoma with pleural dissemination, and a liver tumor was diagnosed metastasis. Multiple spots were corresponding to edema of the perivascular space that was characteristic for thymoma.
