Abstract
Pyogenic granuloma is a benign cutaneous or subcutaneous lesion on the face or upper extremities of pediatric patients. It was previously considered as infection, but now it is recognized as lobular capillary hemangioma, namely one of vascular neoplasms according to ISSVA classification. Both hypervascularity and lobulated structure may be characteristic in imaging diagnosis of pyogenic granuloma. Herewith we introduced the MRI findings in a 25 y-o-male patient.
