Abstract

A method is proposed for raising the accuracy of propagation delay time measurement by using the ISM band. Since the occupied bandwidth is limited when using the ISM band, a limit is in the accuracy of propagation delay time measurement to be achieved by the PN code. The method is based on singular point detection and is shown to be effective in raising the accuracy of propagation delay time measurement by taking the bandwidth limitation as one condition.
