Abstract

Many indoor localization methods can be categorized into two types. One is based on the distance estimation between a target point and the access points (APs), and the other is based on the received signal strength (RSS) fingerprint map. The two types of the approach need a training phase. Therefore they are depended on the environment. Then, we propose the parameter estimation of propagation model in time series. This method estimates propagation models at each floor and corrects the user's position through the use of the propagation models. In this paper, we obtained the parameter from this method.
