Abstract

Aging behavior of a semiconductor spin glass Cd0.63Mn 0.37Te is studied using a new protocol, which is based on the direct change in the spin-spin interaction ΔJ through the photo excitation of carrier. The time-dependent magnetization, measured after the ΔJ perturbation, shows the characteristic behavior so as to support the existence of overlap length, which is the basic concept in the droplet picture of spin glass.
