Amplitude-to-phase noise conversion in a self-referencing scheme by microstructure fibers

Abstract

We theoretically analyze amplitude-to-phase noise conversion coefficient (CAP) for an f-to-2f self-referencing scheme using a microstructure fiber. The factor inducing CAP and its effect on the carrier-envelop phase are proved.
