Abstract

Aneurysmal bone cyst was described first in 1942.2 It is uncommon, especially in the spine. We describe a child in whom aneurysmal bone cyst developed in the C2 lamina. A satisfactory result was obtained by laminoplasty with iliac bone graft after complete removal of the lesion.
