N2 - It is becoming increasingly common to discover adrenal masses incidentally on radiologic imaging studies. We herein present our experience with 61 cases of incidentally discovered and surgically removed adrenal incidentalomas, including 11 pheochromocytomas. Only four were adrenocortical carcinomas. A review of the literature, including Japanese journals, for the prevalence of incidentantally discovered adrenal mass, their differential diagnosis and management are discussed.
