Abstract

The realization of higher communication environment using high quality transport application was described. The structure of Digital video transport system (DVTS) is based on transporting digital video (DV) through internet. It uses DV, an cost effective solution to perform high quality audio and video communications. The usability of DVTS could be enhanced by implementing audio transmission system, portability enhancement to DVTS using notebook computers and DV camera with resource management scheme (RMS).
