Abstract
We report a case of renal cell carcinoma with a mature bone tissue. A 44-year-old Japanese man presented with left renal cyst which has an increasing tendency in size. Abdominal CT scan and MRI showed the presence of solid mass on the cystic wall, which was enhanced with contrast materials. Under the diagnosis of cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma, he underwent left partial nephrectomy. Histological diagnosis was cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma with bone formation.
