Abdominal CT scan and MRI showed the presence of solid mass on the cystic wall, which was enhanced with contrast materials. Under the diagnosis of cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma, he underwent left partial nephrectomy. Histological diagnosis was cyst-associated renal cell carcinoma with bone formation.
