Abstract

We report that a Pd film exhibits strong inverse-Spin-Hall effect (ISHE) at room temperature using the spin pumping operated by ferromagnetic resonance. The intensity of ISHE in Pd was found to be comparable to that in a Pt film. This result indicates an important role of the spin-orbit scattering in the spin-Hall effects.
