Abstract

In a past study, we had developed HEMAS (Human error management assessment system) that can evaluate organizational safety consciousness. HEMAS clarifies problems of safety management in organization but it cannot suggest solution of these problems. In this study, we developed a method to evaluate employee satisfaction on safety management. Developing the method to evaluate the employee satisfaction constructs a first-step of the guideline for planning the effective strategies that can promote safety management.
