Abstract

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of the Lactobacillus farciminis strain NBRC 111452, isolated from kôso, a Japanese sugarvegetable fermented beverage. This genome information is of potential use in studies of Lactobacillus farciminis as a probiotic.
