Abstract

Current models of video-endoscopes provide high-quality digital images, color reproduction, and structure enhancement. The initial step of gastric cancer diagnosis is identifying an area of the mucosa that shows discoloration (pale or more reddish), irregular microvascular network, or mucosal elevation or depression via white light endoscopy (WLE).
