Abstract

A gas fluidic flowmeter of a new shape with a wide measuring range was developed. The major point of this development was to widen the measuring range while keeping pressure loss at a maximum flow rate within 15 mm H SUB 2O. The design incorporates a venturi shaped and a wide feedback loop. The measuring range was increased to approximately 80, and the Reynolds number at minimum flow rate with oscillation was decreased to approximately 21. (A)
