Image reconstruction method using prior knowledge for near-infrared topography

    Abstract

    The spatial resolution of topographic image calculated by three types of algorithm is discussed. The image reconstruction algorithm using prior knowledge is more effective to improve the spatial resolution of the topographic image than the mapping method.
