Abstract

Angiomyolipoma with epithelial cysts (AMLEC), which has not only a stromal component but an epithelial component, is a rare cystic variant of AML. We present a case of a man in his forties with microscopic hematuria, who had a multilocular cystic tumor in his left kidney. He underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and the tumor was diagnosed as AMLEC histopathologically. We chiefly report the radiologic features of this tumor.
