N2 - This study investigates the exciton spin relaxation between optically allowed excitons in an organic-inorganic hybrid quantum-well material (C6H13 H3)2 PbI4. Results show that the fast spin relaxation (3 fs) strongly influences the excitonic nonlinearity.
