Inhibition of human granulocytic colony formation in culture by treatment with β 2-microglobulin antisera

Abstract

The formation of human granulocytic colonies was inhibited by the addition of anti-β 2-m antiserum and complement. This result suggests that human CFU-C carry β 2-m on their surface.
