Integrated fresnel lens structure in a Si-slab waveguide

Abstract

We have proposed an integrated Fresnel lens with multiple slits in a Si slab waveguide. The slit width and the slit spacing were optimized and the integrated lens had a reflective loss of 0.38 dB.
