Abstract
We have performed an intraoperative intractive planning technique to treat prostate cancer with I-125 prostate brachytherapy. This technique uses a biplanar ultrasound transducer to provide prostate in three dimensions and allows for accurate needle and seed placement. It enables the dynamic implants to the prostate gland, taking into account prostate motion during implantation.
