Abstract

Small-angle polarized-neutron-scattering and magnetic-susceptibility measurements on Pd fine particles were performed. The magnetic susceptibility of the Pd fine particles is enhanced with decreasing particle size. Polarized neutron scattering experiments suggest the intraparticle magnetic structure of the Pd fine particle.
