Inverse spin-Hall effect (ISHE) was investigated in Ni81 Fe19 Pt and Ni81 Fe19 Cu films. By applying a microwave and a magnetic field to the films, a spin current is injected into the paramagnetic layer from the ferromagnetic Ni81 Fe19 layer due to the spin-pumping effect operated by the ferromagnetic resonance. In the Ni81 Fe19 Pt film, this spin-current injection gives rise to electromotive force, which is attributed to ISHE in the Pt layer. In the Ni81 Fe19 Cu film, in contrast, this electromotive force disappears, indicating an important role of strong spin-orbit interaction in ISHE.
