Abstract
Three saponins, isotheasaponins B1-B3, were isolated from the leaves of the tea plant Camellia sinensis var. sinensis, and their structures were determined to be theasapogenol B [β-d-galactopyranosyl(1 → 2)][β-d-xylopyranosyl(1 → 2)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl(1 → 3)]-β-d-gulcopyranosiduronic acid with two acyl groups by spectroscopic analysis.
