Large-scale arrayed waveguide grating router for T-band communication

    Abstract

    The T-band (1000-1260 nm), which offers more than 60 THz worth of bandwidth and wider than C- and L-band combined. The large scale photonic router using 3-stage arrayed-waveguide grating for T-band and O-band is configured.
