    Abstract

    Low-crosstalk multistage silicon wavelength multi/demultiplexer -consist of an arrayed waveguide grating and Bragg grating filters is proposed. The crosstalk of less than -40 dB can be achieved even if a waveguide has phase error. The tolerances for the fabrication error and temperature shift are also studied.
