Abstract
This paper describes a comparison between the efficiencies in processing time of network software with different structures and implementation. The results of the comparison were used in deciding the structure and implementation method of the latest version of the Keio S&Tnet Software. This paper also gives a description of detailed measurements of the latest version of Keio S&Tnet.
