N2 - The supported work is divided into synchronous and asynchronous supported work. In the synchronous supported works, the instructor and worker are able to communicate in real time. In the asynchronous supported work, the instructor and worker cannot communicate in real time. For example, the instructor prepares the manual and the worker works with the manual. In the synchronous supported works, the worker can work efficiency by tips at proper timing. However, in asynchronous supported work, it is difficult to support works in likewise the synchronous supported work because it is difficult to define the timing of appending tips. Thus in this paper, we propose an authoring tool and MR (Mixed Reality) manual using afterimages. By using metaphor of afterimage, time flows of works become place flow of works. The timing of appending tips is optimized for instructor (manual maker) and he can add tips any timing easily. In addition, MR manual using afterimages can convey the motion of work more than animate instruction with MR.
