Multicast wavelength allocation for energy-efficient access networks considering wavelength switching time of T-band devices

Abstract

The broad wavelength range of T-band has been developed as a new optical communication wavelength band. However, long wavelength switching time is an issue in wavelength routing. We propose a multicast wavelength allocation method taking the wavelength switching time into account for energy-efficient access networks.
