N2 - To assess the health of a building, maximum inter-story drift angle is the important indicator. If we need precise information for all stories, we have to install sensors on all floors. However, it is not realistic due to the cost. And, in many methods to estimate the response using small number of accelerometers, the excitation (input) is assumed to be available. However, in some cases, some sensors including the input sensor may not be available. Thus, in this paper, we propose two new methods for estimating the inter-story drift angle of all floors using small number of accelerometers without using input information.
