N2 - Electromagnetic flowmeters have been one of the standard instrument to measure conductive liquid flowrate in industry. It is possible to evaluate velocity profiles through the proper design of the magnetic field and the electrodes. However, in most of the measurements of flowrate, fully filled fluid is supposed although actual pipes are not always so, open channels. In this study, we try to reconstruct the flow field in partially filled pipes using the weight vector corresponding to the water level and applying regularization technique.
