Personal authentication by analysis of iris

Abstract

Recently, we can see a lot of scenes, such as, entrance into important places with use computer resources for security, in which a person need to be recognized as an authorized user. Safe and easy biometric authentication is very attractive method for a personal recognition. In this research, we study a method based on iris patterns. We use a Gabor Wavelet to iris image and extract features as a simple code. As a result, we could recognize a person to an extent precisely.
