Abstract
The electronic states of Cun(CN)m clusters were studied using photoelectron spectroscopy (PES). Combining the experimental information about the mass distribution and photoelectron spectroscopy with theoretical calculations, the electronic and geometric structures of the clusters were determined. Isomers of linear structures and a ring structure were observed in the ionic Cun(CN)m clusters at m=n.
