Abstract

Much business and technical attentions are being paid on the new services in the ubiquitous computing environment. One of the expected feature of these services is 'contextawareness' enabled by using physical environmental information acquired from massive embedded sensors. This paper provides an overview of issues and our approaches of middleware technologies for new services in the ubiquitous computing environment.
