Abstract

(Figure Presented) The combined catalyst system of silver acetate with a chiral Schiff base ligand achieved asymmetric carbon dioxide Incorporation into bispropargylic alcohols with desymmetrization to afford the corresponding cyclic carbonates with good-to-excellent enantiomeric excesses.
