Abstract
Small, high-sensitive and low-cost inclination switch is required for the direction control of display etc. In this study, fluid-based four-direction inclination switch has been developed by considering the contact resistance between liquid and electrode. In order to decrease the contact resistance, AC driving technique was applied with the frequency determined by the impedance plot. Four step output voltages were clearly obtained by the switch.
