Abstract

We report the electron tunneling study on LaFeAsO1-xF x (x=0.07) using low temperature UHV-STM/STS. Tunneling spectra below Tc clearly shows the gap structure. We found three anomalies as kinks in the tunneling differential conductance curve: 1) Superconducting gap structure ΔSC=6 meV. 2) Small pseudogap ΔPGS= 20 meV. 3) Large pseudogap ΔPGL=100-150 meV. Corresponding value of 2ΔSC/kBTc=5.8 suggests strong coupling superconductivity. Tunneling spectra at T=80 K show dip structure. The kink around V=150 mV still exist.
