N2 - Transcranial vertical orbital translocation is useful for correcting vertical orbital dysplasia. However, the technique is limited by the degree of uncertainty regarding the amount of vertical movement required after the osteotomy. As for landmark movement, Z osteotomy is performed as part of a box osteotomy. This technique is useful in that it is easy to know how far the orbit should be moved, and stabilization can be obtained.
