Abstract

The control system of the electromagnetically levitated Bogie-truck is analyzed in the coordinate system of each mode of motion. Because of the noncoplanar nature of the real plane, the steady-state error of the gap length occurs. A method of compensating this error is proposed which improves considerably the response characteristics.
