Abstract
We have studied the transport properties of the Wigner solid (WS) on a liquid 3 He surface down to 10 mK. The conductivity σxx obeys the Drude law σxx α B-2 where B is magnetic field perpendicular the the electron sheet. It is quite in contrast to the case of the Wigner solid on liquid 4He, in which σxx is proportional to B-1. The mobilityμ is proportional to T2 where T is temperature. This T2 dependence is attributed to the T-2 behavior of viscosity of Fermi liquid 3He. Strongly nonlinear behaviors have been observed.
