Abstract

The budget of turbulent kinetic energy is estimated, based on the experimental results measured by the authors, and the turbulent structure is discussed. The discussion is mainly focused on the production and transfer mechanism of a turbulent kinetic energy around the flame zone, since the turbulent structure around the flame zone has not been elucidated at all.
