Wideband, transmission flattened arrayed waveguide grating router for T-band and O-band communication

Abstract

A wideband arrayed waveguide grating for T-band and O-band communication was designed with multi-stage tapered waveguides. The loss variation was 2.3 dB, and the crosstalk was less than -16.5 dB within pass band.
