A rare case of chronic GVHD enterocolitis with multiple colon ulcers was reported. A 21-year-old man was admitted on May 2000, because of progressing diarrhea and abdominal pain. He had received allogenic bone marrow transplantation in August 1999. On admission, Colonoscopy showed multiple colon ulcers and mucosal edema. He was treated with antibiotics and virucide, but had no resolution both in clinically and endoscopically. We eventually diagnosed this case as chronic GVHD enterocolitis and treated with immunosuppressant. Endoscopic appearance was remarkably improved and diarrhea was disappeared.
