A 19-year old male visited our hospital with a complaint of tumor on the glans penis. The lesions of the skin and urethral meatus were excised under a clinical diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum, which was confirmed by histopathological study. Tumor, however, recurred on the glans and urethra in a few months. Following ablation of skin lesions using liquid nitrogen, the patient was admitted and urethral lesions, which extended from bulbous uretha to meatus, were fulgurated by transurethral electrocautery. The residual urethra lesions were treated by urethral instillation of 5% 5-fluorouracil solution twice a week for 5 weeks. All the lesions, then, disappeared and no recurrence has been observed for more than six months. In urethral condyloma acuminata, careful urethroscopic examination should be performed to confirm the complete excisin.
