N2 - A 100-GHz-spacing, 8-channel, PLZT arrayed-waveguide grating was fabricated. The crosstalk was effectively reduced from -7.1 dB to -14.8 dB by phase error compensation achieved by a fine adjustment of the applied voltages to the electrodes.
