N2 - CT and MRI findings in ten cases of olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB) were analyzed. Intracranial extension, which was considered as characteristics of ONB, was observed only in three cases. Calcification, which was considered as another characteristic, was not found in any cases. In three cases, tumors were hardly observed in the superior nasal meatus. No pathogonomonic imaging findings could be pointed out in patterns of bone destruction and signal on MR imaging. In conclusion, ONB can show various findings on CT and MRI. The findings, that have been considered as characteristic of ONB, may not be pathognomonic. However, CT and MRI play important role in determining clinical stage of ONB.
