Design of a Si arrayed-waveguide grating using distributed Bragg reflectors

    抄録

    A silicon reflection type arrayed-waveguide grating using distributed Bragg reflectors is designed. 3 types of DBRs were optimized to have high reflectance, and those reflectivities were -1.81 dB, -0.22 dB, and -0.92 dB, respectively.
