抄録

Toda et al. demonstrate using conditional knockout models that IL-10 produced in macrophages in response to postprandial signals can cooperate with insulin to suppress hepatic gluconeogenic gene expression in vitro and in mice. This process is deficient in obese insulin-resistant mice and may be a potential therapeutic target.
